Intense red color with purple hues. Complex aroma, with red fruits like plum and raspberry. Soft, balanced, fresh, and elegant tannins on the palate.

Ideal for pairing with:

– Burrata (with olive oil and basil)
– Soft buttery cheeses
– Semi-hard goat cheese (feta)
– Potato cake (with or without cinnamon)
– Meat stew
– Bitter chocolate cake

Serve at: 14 – 16 °C
