Tasting Notes:

Intense and deep red. Aromas of black fruit like blackberry and spices such as white pepper and nutmeg. Friendly start in the mouth, with a soft feeling. Medium mouth of great tannic structure and marked roundness, lingering and mature finish.

Ideal for pairing with:

– Dishes served with full-bodied flavour mashrooms
– Rabbit stew
– Grilled steaks with potatoes
– Strong, hard and fatty cheeses (Emmental, Camembert)
– Dark chocolate with walnuts

Serve at: 16 – 18 °C
