Tasting Notes:

Subtle delicate pale green color with yellow tones. Aromas of white peaches, white flowers, and green apple. It enters soft and fresh in the mouth, with intense flavor. It has a pleasant lingering finish.

Ideal for pairing with:

– Roasted pumpkin and oranges soup
– Nachos and guacamole (avocado dip)
– Parmesan Cod Fish (butter, grated cheese and lemon)
– Roman Hake
– Shrimp Ceviche
– Grilled chicken and English squash puree
