Tasting Notes:
Red violet tones. Aromas of ripe red peppers, black pepper and red fruits. Balanced, with great structure and presence of round tannins granted by maturity.
Ideal for pairing with:
– Spicy stews (bean stew, lamb ragout)
– Game meat (wild boar, deer, goat)
– Slighlty matured smoked cheeses
– Table of cold meats (homemade salami, smoked sausages, Butifarra)
– Strawberries with black pepper and balsamic aceto reduction
